6 0 NO CHILDREN IN ATTENDANCE Director, Tracy Smith, Security guard, Tarrell Howard, coordinator, Wendy Walsh, administrator, Brittany Hopkins, and teachers, Lisa Brumfield and Brittany Greenwood were present with zero children in attendance.
2 15 PRESCHOOL Teachers, Tracey Murray and Peccoli Elliott were present with 15 children ages ranging between 3-years-old to 5-years-old.
1 8 PRESCHOOL Teacher, Janiya Wilson was present with eight children ages ranging between 3-years-old to 4-years-old.
1 11 PRESCHOOL Teacher, Tierra Troupe was present with 11 children ages ranging between 3-years-old to 5-years-old. This inspection occurred during nap time and there was enough staff on the premise to ensure this was not a ratio violation.

5 CSR 25-500.082 Physical Requirements of Group Day Care Homes and Day Care Centers (4) (A) states: A safe diapering table with a waterproof washable surface shall be used for changing diapers. The diapering table shall be located within or adjacent to the group space so the caregiver using the diapering table can maintain supervision of his/her group of children at all times.
