The walls located in the PS classroom on an upper level, in the School-Age classroom on a lower level was/were not in good condition as evidenced by there is an area with detached baseboard to the tight from the bathroom door, there is an area with peeling beige paint located near the baseboard on the wall between 2 doors leading outside, on a lower level the door leading outside has a crack/opening is measured 7'' near the baseboard.
