A child was left without competent supervision as evidenced by staff member, Tikina Jones appeared to be sleeping while sitting in a chair while caring for 4 children under the age of 24-months-old. When CI Ralph and CI Burnett entered the classroom Ms. Jones was sitting a chair with her arms crossed and asleep. CI Ralph said "Knock knock" three times to wake the staff member. On the third time, Ms. Jones jumped and opened her eyes.
