The facility did not have a fenced outdoor play area that was on or adjoining the day care property and was accessible without hazard as evidenced by the fence was not in good condition in that the right side of the fence that meets the fenced blacktop area is leaning and the chain link is not attached and secured along the entire right side. On the left side if the fenced area, the chain link is detached in some areas and there is a wooden board by the gate that is splintering.
