Violation The walls located the Waddle Classroom ( 12-18 months) was/were not in good condition as evidenced by a car ran into the building today. There was damage to the fencing, which has already been repaired with temporary fencing, to the external walls of the classroom, which had exposed insulation, metal framing and hole in the wall approximately 12'x12'. The damage to the drywall is approximately 4 feet across and 3 feet high. Licensing Rule Reference 5 CSR 25-500.082 Physical Requirements of Group Day Care Homes and Day Care Centers (2) (A) 6. states: Walls, ceilings and floors shall be finished with material which can be cleaned easily and shall be free of splinters, cracks and chipping paint. Floor covering shall be in good condition. Lead-free paint shall be used for all painted surfaces.
