Xander Wetter with 18 children age 9-years-old to 12-years-old. At 3:24 caregiver arrived correcting staff/child ratio. Caregiver got in the car line at 3:10 PM and was not able to get to the parking lot, as traffic was going both ways on the entrance. at 3:31 PM 5 more children arrived, bringing total to 23 children.
