The walls located in the preschool classroom was/were not in good condition as evidenced by there were approximately 20 spots throughout the room where there was chipping paint. The spots measured between 1 inch tall and one inch wide to 12 inches tall and 10 inches wide.

Floor covering shall be in good condition. Lead-free paint shall be used for all painted surfaces.
