The premises were not safe and suitable as evidenced by there was a cord observed coming from the tv in the sleeping room, an additional cord coming from a sound machine, and a third cord coming from a monitor all with loose cords that were meeting in the middle of the floor by the outlet in a power strip. No loose cords shall be accessible to children, cords can be wrapped around bodies and heads.
