Child A requested to go to the bathroom. She believed Child A didn’t need to use the bathroom and was just trying to find a reason to be released from her hold. She would hold Child A in her lap with her arms wrapped around Child A to keep him calm. She would use her legs to secure Child A’s legs. She would continue to hold Child A until he calmed down. Caregiver Andrea Hart stated that after seeing Dianna restrain Child A for becoming combative that she would also restrain Child A if needed.
