The facility's outdoor space was not safe for children's activities as evidenced by broken plastic toys with small plastic fragments , some candy wrappers were scattered around the playground by the Red Room. Some of them were pretty small . It could present chocking, scratching and germs contaminating hazards to small children. All the trash was picked up during the inspection. The children were not present outside during the inspection time.
