Furniture/equipment, cubby shelf and wall divider panel, in the downstairs classroom was not in good condition as evidenced by a 4 inch by 5 inch was hole was observed in the back paneling of the cubby shelf. The wall divider panel was unstable and only attached to one wall. The floor brackets and pillar brackets were detached (not screwed in to the floor or pillar) allowing it to move. The floor brackets and brackets attached to the panel were exposed creating a tripping hazard on the floor.
