The premises were not safe and suitable as evidenced by no working toilets, no installed sinks , no running water. A facility is not caring for children since the end of October due to a burst water fountain accident that destroyed floors . They are on approved inoperating mode since November 13, 2025. Currently new carpet square floors are placed in two affected preschool classrooms . Back wall in the bathroom that was found to have a mold is fixed. During return inspection on 3/31/26 the premises was still not safe and suitable for taking care of children, as evidenced by: toilets and sinks are not installed, no running water, no transitions on the floor , working tools and instruments including but not limited to hammer, fan, tool box, screw drivers, nail guns are scattered around the facility. This facility is still on approved inoperating mode and they are not taking care of children currently. There were no children in the facility during 3/31/26 inspection.
