Floor covering shall be in good condition. Lead-free paint shall be used for all painted surfaces.

The facility's outdoor space was not safe for children's activities as evidenced by the turf on the preschool playground under the climber and in other areas is coming apart at the seams which is causing a tripping hazard. There turf at the end of the slides is also worn causing a tripping hazard.
