Hazardous items as follows were accessible to children: one gallon of bleach, one gallon of glass and surface cleaner, two bottles of fire guard, one bottle of spot and stain scrubber, one can of wasp and hornet killer, two bottles of Goo Gone, two gallons of scale x-treme, one bottle of Bissell carpet cleaner, one bottle of Primo bed bug and lice killer. The item(s) was/were located in the kitchen upstairs and the kitchen downstairs, where the doors were propped open and children had access to the space.
