An individualized plan for specialized care for a child with special physical, developmental or behavioral needs was not/could not be implemented as evidenced by the medical professionals statement allowing an infant child to sleep in an elevated position/bouncy seat was not being followed as the statement stated that the child could not have extra blankets or pillows while sleeping. CI Duckworth observed the infant sleeping in a bouncy seat at an angle (written documentation in file) but was also covered with a blanket which was specifically stated not to happen in the medical statement. After discussion, staff member Bryleigh Grgurich removed the blanket covering the sleeping child.
