Outdoor equipment, Red Fire Truck, in the main playground was not free of sharp parts as evidenced by the top of the fire truck was broken and hard sharp edges that fingers or hands could get into or become injured, the front of the fire truck was missing the cab of the truck and sharp edges were present.
