Outdoor equipment, Red fyler tricycle, in the main playground was unsafe as evidenced by the back hatch of the tricycles top had a hole that was jagged with sharp edges. Children can put their hands or fingers in the hole, children can become injured around the edges of the edges of the hole that was jagged/cracked.
