A child was left without competent supervision as evidenced by I observed a child come around the corner with no teacher at 12:13. Child was asking for her tablet. I was unsure at first where the child had come from. Katia Gonzalez talked with the child and then sent her back downstairs to her classroom. Then another child came up the stairs asking to go to the bathroom at 12:16 again with out a teacher. To get to the classroom they have to go through the schoolage room and into the Pre-K room. At the top of the stairs is a teacher breakroom but also exits to the outside. Children should be supervised at all times.
