Conclusion Summary
Compliance Inspector (CI) Heather Radney and CI Cailyn Mertz conducted an unannounced investigation of the allegation that the main deck to the playground has no stairs and the other door to the playground had lots of obstacles. The allegation is substantiated based on the following evidence: On November 17, 2022, CI Radney and CI Mertz conducted an unannounced inspection and observed the steps off of the back deck, leading to the playground, were missing, leaving a drop off from the deck directly to the ground of about 4 feet and the ramp leading to the playground was obstructed with wooden boards and a large plastic object. On November 17, 2022, Director/Owner RS stated that they are working on the stairs to the playground. On November 17, 2022, Owner SS stated that they have been working on the stairs and will finish the work as soon as possible.
