5 CSR 25-500.082(2)(B)2.B.(III) which states, "If a unit for infants and toddlers is auxiliary to a facility for older children, centers initially licensed for infant/toddler care after the effective date of these rules or facilities adding new infant/toddler space, shall have play, sleeping and bathroom space in the infant and toddler unit. This space shall be separated from the space used for older children by floor-to-ceiling walls;"
On April 5, 2023, CI Greer interviewed Director Kelly Lewis, who stated on March 21, 2023, Parent A (Parent of Child A) came to pick up her child. Child A was present in the gym with Caregiver Angelica Turner. Caregiver Hannah Stewart was present in the gym with five children, 3 years old to 5 years old.
On April 5, 2023, CI Greer interviewed Assistant Director Paige Davis, who stated on March 21, 2023, Parent A (Parent of Child A) came to pick up her child. Child A was present in the gym with Caregiver Angelica Turner. Caregiver Hannah Stewart was present in the gym with five children, 3 years old to 5 years old.
On April 5, 2023, CI Greer interviewed Caregiver Angelica Turner, who stated on March 21, 2023, Caregiver Turner was in the gym with Child A waiting for Parent A to pick up. Caregiver Hannah Stewart was also in the gym waiting for parents to pick up with five preschool age children.
On April 5, 2023, CI Greer interviewed Caregiver Hannah Stewart, who stated on March 21, 2023, Caregiver Stewart was in the gym with five preschool age children. Caregiver Turner was also present in the gym with Child A.
