Compliance Inspector (CI) Jessica Graham investigated the allegation that Nicole Nordin is caring for too many children without a license. The allegation is substantiated based on the following information.
RSMo 210.211.1 which states: "It shall be unlawful for any person to establish, maintain or operate a child-care facility for children, or to advertise or hold himself or herself out as being able to perform any of the services as defined in section 210.201, without having in effect a written license granted by the department of health and senior services."
On November 21, 2023, provider Nicole Nordin stated that she cares for children in her home. She thought she could have more children since she had other caregivers with her.
On November 21, 2023, CI Graham observed 11 children, two 1-year-old, four 2-years-old, three 3-years-old, two 4-years-old, with Nicole Nordin, McKenna Nordin, and Elsa Bernond.
