Conclusion Summary
On December 11, 2024, the Office of Childhood (OOC) received a report alleging that there hasn't been a director at the facility since around October 2024. After conducting an investigation, Compliance Inspector (CI) Curtis West has found this allegation to be substantiated based on the following evidence: 5 CSR 25-500.102(2)(A)3. Which states: "The licensee is required to maintain an approved certificated group child care home provider or center director on staff." On December 13, 2024, CI West conducted an unannounced inspection and interviewed Regional Director Brooke Rogers and Caregiver Kelsey Tanis. Brooke and Kelsey both indicated there was no full-time director.
