Conclusion Summary
On February 4, 2025, the Office of Childhood (OOC) received an allegation of milk was not served for lunch on January 27, January 28, January 29, and January 30, 2025. On February 4, 2025, Compliance Inspector (CI) Christy Hughes conducted an unannounced inspection of the facility and found the allegations to be substantiated based on the following information. 5 CSR 25-500.202(1)(E) which states: "One (1) serving of fluid milk shall be served with each meal." On February 4, 2025, (CI) Hughes conducted in person interviews with director Ashley Arndt and caregivers Madisyn Flemming and Krysta Krueger. Madisyn and Krysta both stated that their classrooms were not served milk during lunch on Monday January 27, 2025, through Thursday January 30, 2025.
