Karen stated on August 28, 2025, at approximately 3:05 p.m., Child G (3 years old) was left inside a classroom without adult supervision. The children were lined up at the door to go outside, and Child G left the line and hid behind the bathroom doorframe. The child was in the classroom without adult supervision for approximately two minutes. Teacher Precious Pulley was doing a face to name on the playground and realized Child G was missing. Grace stated she was with Precious Pulley on August 28, 2025, when Child G was left in the classroom. A face to name count had been done in the classroom. She believes Child G had left the line and hid somewhere in the classroom. When they got outside, they realized Child G was not with them. It was approximately two minutes that Child G was not with them.
