On February 3, 2026, Compliance Inspector (CI) JD Greer interviewed Director Jennifer Dye, Teacher Destiny Black, Teacher Lindsey Alamonza, Teacher Carly Jennings, Teacher Elizabeth Harness, and Teacher Jennifer Basel. Jennifer Dye stated on Friday January 30, 2026, about midday, there was water backing up in the sinks in rooms 16 and 17. The facility person was not able to get the water to go down the drains. Destiny stated she worked in the infant classroom on Friday January 30, 2026. In the morning, she noticed greyish standing water in the sink. It was not going down and smelled bad. She was in the classroom all day with the children. Lindsey stated she noticed Friday morning there was grey/ black water in the handwashing sink. It was not draining. Carly stated on Friday morning, she saw black water sitting in the sink. Elizabeth stated on Friday, there was an issue with the hand-washing sink in the infant room. The water was not draining. Jennifer Basel stated on Friday morning there was a clogged sink in the classroom. The sink was clogged all day.
