On February 11, 2026, the Office of Childhood (OCC) received a report alleging Reporter recently toured there. Rooms seemed small for so many kids. After conducting the investigation, Compliance Inspection Supervisor (CIS) Romena Fox and Compliance Inspector (CI) Rebecca Muckelrath find the allegation to be substantiated. This conclusion is based on the following evidence of a licensing rule violation which occurred at the facility:
5 CSR 25-300.090(2)(E) which states: "At least thirty-five (35) square feet of usable floor space for each preschool and school-age child, and at least forty-five (45) square feet of usable floor space for each infant/toddler."
On February 18, 2026, CIS Fox and CI Muckelrath interviewed Director Molly Ramsey, who stated they had completed some renovations, and the names of the rooms were updated from letters to room numbers. They have knocked down some walls, updated the bathrooms and made some other changes.
On February 18, 2026, CIS Fox and CI Muckelrath completed an unannounced walkthrough of the facility. Director Molly assisted CIS Fox in identifying which rooms correlated to the previous room letters. CIS Fox and CI Muckelrath observed the diagram and Child Care Facility Calculation Page, which showed:
