| Medication Orders.
(A) Physician ' s instructions, as evidenced by the prescription label or by signed order of a physician, shall be accurately followed. If the physician changes the order which is designated on a prescription label, there shall be on file in the resident ' s record a signed physician ' s order to that effect with the amended instructions for use or until the prescription label is changed by the pharmacy to reflect the new order. | Poisonous or toxic materials consist of the following categories: insecticides and rodenticides; disinfectants, sanitizer and related cleaning or drying agents; and caustics, acids, polishes and other chemicals. Each of these three (3) categories set forth shall be stored and physically located separate from each other. All poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored in locked cabinets or in a similar physically separate place used for no other purpose which is not accessible to residents. II
