The administrator cannot be listed or function in more than one (1) licensed facility at the same time unless he or she serves no more than five (5) facilities within a thirty (30)-mile radius and licensed to serve in total no more than one hundred (100) residents, and the administrator has an individual designated as the daily manager of each facility.
