Enough conveniently located refrigeration facilities or effectively insulated facilities shall be provided to assure the maintenance of potentially hazardous food at required temperatures during storage. Each mechanically refrigerated facility storing potentially hazardous food shall be provided with a numerically scaled indicating thermometer, accurate to plus or minus three degrees Fahrenheit (��3��F), located to measure the air temperature in the warmest part of the refrigerated facility and located to be easily readable. Recording thermometers, accurate to plus or minus three degrees Fahrenheit (��3��F), may be used in lieu of indicating thermometers. III 3/26/2024

Each resident admitted to the facility, or his or her next of kin, legally authorized representative or designee, shall be fully informed of the individual's rights and responsibilities as a resident. These rights shall be reviewed annually with each resident, and/or his or her next of kin, legally authorized representative or designee, either in a group session or individually. II/III 3/26/2024
